When Adams went looking for a builder for the Greylock Glen Outdoor Center, the job went to a firm from its own downtown. Souliere & Zepka Construction is a general contractor on Spring Street in Adams, founded in 1981 by Roger Souliere and Michael Zepka according to the company, and its work runs to academic, medical, commercial, government and industrial buildings around the Northeast.

The Berkshire Eagle wrote in December 2021 that its $7.7 million base bid led the field for the Greylock Glen project, and the town signed the paperwork the following month.
