## The honest read

Hardwood floor refinishing is the work here. A recent Google customer says Bob refinished the floors in their house, made the process straightforward and easy, and was responsive and easy to communicate with.

A 2026 customer said another flooring company that uses chemical stripping would not take on a floor in really rough shape and recommended finding someone who could properly sand it down. That 2026 customer said Bob came out the very same day, evaluated the floors, took measurements and gave a clear estimate. In that 2026 review, the customer said Bob applied a fourth coat instead of three because of an active Golden Retriever, and called his pricing very competitive.

In 2024, a customer said Bob refinished a kitchen hardwood floor, called the pricing reasonable, and described him as very organized and neat.

**Strengths:**
- Same-day estimate — a 2026 customer said Bob came out that same day
- An extra coat — a 2026 customer said Bob applied four instead of three
- A rough floor sanded — a 2026 customer said another company declined it first
