## The honest read

A recent customer said Domenic identified which trees on the property were problematic and which were not, and determined that some trees they were concerned about did not need to be dropped. That customer also said he spent a great deal of time cleaning up afterward. A recent reviewer wrote that Domenic and his team removed several trees, cleaned everything well and priced the job competitively. Spot-On Landscaping and Property Maintenance holds a 4.7-star Google rating from 30 ratings.

A 2025 customer said Dominic and his crew installed a dry well in one day: they excavated, dropped in the dry well tanks, ran the piping to the house, filled with stone, backfilled, and finished with topsoil, grass seed and hay. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Dom tied in the downspouts and drainage to keep water shedding away from the foundation, working his excavator in a tight space, then added topsoil, re-seeded and laid straw. A 2025 reviewer said Dominic mulched the front yard, improved the gutter drainage in the backyard and cut down two trees. A 2026 customer said a quote came in the next day and the work was done in one day by the following week.

A recent 3-star reviewer said the business does great work but is not the most reliable when it comes to scheduling. A 2025 customer said the business promised on a Sunday to salt a driveway "later today," never came, and did not reply to texts the next morning. A 2025 customer seeking snow removal said they were told several times that the business would be there, and it had not shown up by almost 8pm.

**Strengths:**
- Honest tree advice — a recent customer said some trees did not need dropping
- Tree removal cleanup — a recent reviewer said everything was cleaned well
- A one-day dry well — a 2025 customer said it was installed in one day
- Foundation drainage — a 2025 reviewer said downspouts were tied in

**Concerns:**
- Scheduling reliability — a recent 3-star reviewer called scheduling not the most reliable
- A missed salting — a 2025 customer said no one came or replied
- A missed snow job — a 2025 customer said no show by almost 8pm
