## The honest read

A 2022 Google customer said Francisco built a 2,000 square foot deck wrapped around a 30 foot pool, bringing what that customer called a Caribbean vibe to an ordinary backyard.

That 2022 customer said he also consulted on a kitchen renovation during covid. The customer wrote in 2022 that things got hectic and delayed because of covid, with lumber shortages and worker shortages, and that he partnered with workers managed by a master carpenter or by Francisco himself.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0656187, as active, held by S T Carpentry.

**Strengths:**
- A large pool deck — a 2022 customer described a 2,000 square foot deck

**Concerns:**
- Covid-era delays — a 2022 customer said shortages made the project hectic
