One customer wrote that John came right away to look at a wire a mouse had chewed through, and that without him they would have been dealing with a house fire.

A customer whose electrical box burned out said he replaced it with a new, upgraded box at a reasonable price. A reviewer wrote that John came out to West Haven on short notice. A customer said John works cleanly and that their quote came quickly and at a fair rate. A customer who has used John for different projects over the years recommended him and Stay Positive Electric for electrical needs.

One 1-star Google review said phone calls and voicemails went unreturned and that the business was apparently no longer operating.
