In a recent Google review, a customer referred by a friend said office manager Robert was great with communication and called the window and siding job one of the easiest projects they had done. A 2025 Google reviewer described a windows and door replacement, writing that Chris worked hard all 3 days and left the house neat and clean of work debris. That 2025 customer also wrote that Steve himself had installed their siding long before. A 2024 Google reviewer described about $70k of work: about 10 windows, a new door system, new columns and siding. That 2024 customer said that almost 9 months later the company still had a crew out to fix a little issue. A 2024 Google reviewer said a leaky roof on a 3 season porch was repaired, a skylight replaced and a shed roof replaced, with the work done in less than 2 days. A 2024 Google reviewer who hired the company to replace a sliding door said the price was what they expected. A 2023 Google reviewer had the roof, siding and gutters replaced. A 2022 Google reviewer who got renovation quotes said the company did not try to upsell and pointed them to other businesses for areas it did not cover. A 2025 Reddit commenter said they had to wait a while to get them installed because the company was busy, but was glad they did. A 2023 Google reviewer said Joel measured for a re-siding job at their parents' house and sent an estimate within 2 weeks, but after that over a half dozen messages went without a call back. **Strengths:** - A follow-up visit — a 2024 customer said a crew came almost 9 months later - A quick roof repair — a 2024 customer said the porch job took under 2 days - No upselling — a 2022 customer said renovation quotes came without an upsell **Concerns:** - Missed call-backs — a 2023 customer left over a half dozen messages after an estimate - A wait to install — a 2025 Reddit commenter said the company was busy ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company says it specializes in roofing, vinyl siding, retractable awnings and window installation _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.sciwindows.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Our team is dedicated to long-lasting home improvements and exceptional customer service.
