## The honest read

Stevens Property Solutions describes itself on Thumbtack as a locally owned junk removal, cleanout and demolition company based in Keene, NH.

The jobs on its Google page turn around fast. A customer texted him to ask about picking up trash and items that would not fit in a dumpster, got a reasonable quote, and he came promptly the next morning. A customer says Chris answered by text with a quote and removed an old play set from the backyard the following morning. A customer hired them to remove a carport attached to the side of a garage and says every piece of the structure was removed and the debris hauled away, leaving the site clean. A customer says they showed up when they said they would and were reasonably priced.

A 2026 customer said about 18 boxes and some electronics were taken from basement storage the same day they called, and that most of it could be donated. A 2026 customer said they texted at 6pm and the junk was gone by noon the next day, with the job done outside in the cold. A 2025 customer said two young guys helped move their belongings from the house to a storage unit. A 2025 Thumbtack customer said Chris and Ian came out the next day to quote and remove the junk.

**Strengths:**
- A carport removal — every piece removed and the debris hauled away
- Next-morning job — Chris removed an old play set the morning after quoting
- Quick pickup — a 2026 customer texted at 6pm, junk gone by noon
