Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Stone Link Marble & Granite is a Worcester stone fabricator built around one thing: granite, quartz and natural-stone countertops — kitchens, baths, backsplashes, vanity tops and shower walls — plus repair, restoration and sealing for residential and commercial clients. Its Thumbtack page shows 4.8 stars across 26 ratings (92% five-star), Top Pro honors in both 2018 and 2019, and 33 project photos of finished counters. In 2018 and 2019 reviews, customers describe owner Helio DeOliveira handling estimates personally — drawing up plans, showing granite samples, and turning jobs around in about a week from template to install. "From start to finish I was very happy with helio and his crew," one customer wrote about a new quartz counter; another said the owner came out the day after a Thumbtack inquiry and had the granite installed within three days. The written reviews on file run from 2017 to 2019 — a dated record, but a clean one, with no complaints logged. The BBB gives the company an A+ (it isn't BBB-accredited) with nothing on file there either, and it's a Massachusetts-certified Minority Business Enterprise. One thing to square before booking: Thumbtack's own profile gives two different founding dates for the company — "22 years in business" points to roughly 2004, while its FAQ blurb says it's been "Based in Massachussets since 2008." **Strengths:** - Countertop specialist — 4.8★ on Thumbtack across 26 ratings - 2018–2019 reviews — praised for fast turnaround, owner attention **Where sources disagree:** - Thumbtack's own profile gives two different founding years for the company — "22 years in business" vs "Based in Massachussets since 2008" ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification verified active _(confidence: high)_ - [Diversity Certification Registry](https://diversitycertification.mass.gov/BusinessDirectory/BusinessDirectorySearch.aspx) — “Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification 20240477 verified active — registry holder of recor…” - Better Business Bureau A+ grade, not accredited, no complaints on file _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/worcester/profile/marble/stonelink-marble-granite-0261-329298) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/worcester/profile/marble/stonelink-marble-granite-0261-329298) — “BBB profile for Stonelink Marble & Granite, 70 Fremont St, Worcester MA, phone (508) 393-0720: an A+ rating but NOT BBB accredited, file ope…” - Thumbtack 4.8 stars from 26 ratings, 92% five-star, Top Pro in 2018 and 2019 _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Thumbtack: 4.8★ from 26 ratings” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Thumbtack star distribution: 92% 5★ · 4% 4★ · 4% 1★ (of 26 ratings)” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Listed certification: Thumbtack Top Pro 2018” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Listed certification: Thumbtack Top Pro 2019” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Thumbtack profile for Stonelink Marble & Granite, Worcester MA (zip 01603): 4.8 from 26 reviews (92% five-star, 4% one-star), hired 25 times…” - Self-reports OSHA certification _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Listed certification: OSHA certified (self-reported)” - Self-reports granite and quartz countertop certification _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Listed certification: Granite and quartz countertops certified (self-reported)” - 2017-2019 Thumbtack reviews describe fast turnaround and the owner personally handling estimates and installs _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/worcester/countertop-installation/stonelink-marble-granite/service/300666786738479177) — “Helio answered all my questions in a very timely manner.
