In a December 2023 Google review, that customer described spring and fall cleanup, re-edging, and plant or tree removal and replacement, praising the crew's care on each visit and the appearance of the lawn and yard. Summit says it has served Western Massachusetts for more than 30 years. Other December 2023 customers described ongoing care of their properties. One said keeping up with a complicated lawn and garden had become difficult as they got older; after hiring Jake, they described the property as pristine through spring, summer and fall, and praised his meticulous work and reliability. Another said Jake and the crew had cared for both a North Amherst preschool and their home for a few years, improving curb appeal, especially at the school. Linda M., writing that same month, praised respectful treatment of her property, flexible scheduling, punctual arrivals and the rates after using Summit for years.
