In a recent review, Connor and Jay installed a new bathroom faucet and a few other minor items, and the customer called the visit quick and clean. A recent customer needed an old part the company was not sure it could get; it obtained the part, was back the next day, and the sink is running again. A recent customer gave one star, saying the company was due first thing on a Monday morning and never showed or called.

A 2025 customer said the team that installed a new water heater was in and out in under two hours, and that the area around the installation was cleaner than they had left it.
