## The honest read

Sunrise Solar Consulting says it brings experience dealing with municipal and utility regulating organizations, and its website claims 15 years in business.

A 2026 customer who acted as the general contractor on their own home said Nate from Sunrise Solar designed and installed a system for the house in 2022. That 2026 customer wrote that they had not paid an electric bill since 2022, and said Nate has the expertise needed for configuration, permitting and installation.

A 2026 customer said they were taking over three projects after another contractor and needed help to redesign them and handle paperwork with Eversource. That 2026 customer said Sunrise took on the projects when no one else would, and that Nate was available for questions throughout.

A 2026 customer said all permits were taken care of and the team that did the installation was professional, and that they already saw a drastic difference in their bill. A 2023 customer said every email was answered within a few hours and all paperwork was filed correctly.

A 2025 reviewer wrote that Gabe came by twice uninvited, was told no twice, and bothered them at 8pm without leaving right away when told to. On Google it holds 4.5 stars from 8 ratings.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0671767, as inactive due to non-renewal, held by SUNRISE SOLAR CONSULTING LLC.
