## The honest read

Super Kitchen Services Inc, based in Middleton, works on commercial kitchen equipment — fixing broken units and coordinating parts and repair directly with manufacturers. On Google it holds 4.2 stars from five ratings.

The written record is thin: two reviews, three years apart. In a 2025 review, a customer described the company resolving two separate equipment problems without needing to get involved themselves, with the company handling parts and repair directly with the manufacturer. In an earlier 2023 review, another customer said a replacement freezer part arrived but the installation was pushed back for weeks, leaving valuable kitchen equipment sitting unused.

With so little written history to go on, it's worth confirming installation scheduling up front before booking a repair.

**Strengths:**
- Equipment repair follow-through — resolved issues directly with the manufacturer

**Concerns:**
- Installation delays — one customer waited weeks for a scheduled install
