## The honest read

Superb Luxury Homes, LLC builds houses and puts on roofs. That 2020 customer also wrote that the town inspector said he was above the code. A 2019 customer said he built them a fully bricked home in East Greenwich, RI, on time and on budget.

A 2019 BuildZoom customer gave one star, saying a house built for about $900k in South Kingstown missed completion by 7 months and was still not done. That 2019 customer also said he did not pay his subs and that they had terminated the contract.
