A recent customer said they woke up to no water, Tom sent Bill and Alex, and it turned out they needed a new well pump; that customer added that he had installed a bubble-up radon system the year before. A recent customer with a logistically remote property said Tom did not hesitate to take the job and that every step of the scope of the work was explained.

A 2025 customer said Tom explained how a bubble-up system would remove 99% of the radon from their well water, and that Bill and Mario installed it and, for the same price, serviced the well tank and installed a new gauge.
