Geoff Bright's crew is the one Upper Cape homeowners keep calling back — one family hired Synergy for five separate projects over five years, another has worked with Bright for more than eight years running, and reviewers repeatedly describe the same builder returning to rebuild a kitchen, then both bathrooms, then a basement. Based in East Falmouth's Teaticket village, Synergy Home Improvements is a design-build operation that takes on full room remodels, additions and basement build-outs across Falmouth and Mashpee; Bright, its owner and self-described "luxury design builder," runs the jobs himself.

The written record runs back to 2015 and stays mostly five stars. A basement renovation and porch-railing project finished "seamlessly," with photo and video updates sent to an out-of-state owner, in late 2025; that same year, a client of more than eight years called Bright "reliable, detail-oriented" after a fireplace-and-living-room makeover, and another homeowner credited a "professional," "meticulous" crew for a "total renovation." In 2024, one family said Synergy guided them through updating a 1980 house that "hadn't been updated in decades," and a rebuild of a kitchen and two bathrooms, finished "on time and on budget," turns up in a 2026 review. The pattern holds further back too — a roof leak fixed in 2017 for less than the original estimate, chimney and laminate-flooring repairs and three straight years of painting and deck work recalled by one client in 2016, and a mahogany front porch built the same year — the same details keep repeating across a decade: shows up when he says he will, keeps homeowners updated through the job, and cleans up after.

Two accounts are worth raising directly before signing a bigger contract. In a detailed 2019 BuildZoom review, a $70,000 renovation stalled about four weeks in when a required structural permit for a support post and ceiling beam was never pulled — because Bright had let his workman's comp insurance lapse — and the homeowner terminated the contract for breach, saying the house sat uninhabitable for 30 days.
