A recent customer said Roger diagnosed a dryer that had stopped working, walked them through what was wrong before starting, and did a fast, clean repair at a reasonable price. A customer who needed a dryer fixed after a mishap said he came the same day with the parts on hand and also removed lint trapped in hard-to-reach places. One recent caller said Roger answered the phone himself and came out right away to repair an oven. A recent customer said he answered a weekend call about a broken dryer, came the next morning and cleaned out the dryer vent for no extra charge. A 2026 customer said Roger came the same day for a warm refrigerator and resolved it temporarily; when the issue returned two months later, that customer said he advised getting a new refrigerator and refunded the money. A 2026 reviewer who manages an assisted living facility in North Haven with 10 washers and 10 dryers said Roger had serviced those appliances for the last few years. A 2025 customer described an old range whose oven and burners did not heat: Roger located the part, bypassed one burner so the stove could be used while the part shipped, and later installed the part without charging for the installation. A 2024 customer said Roger found a 30-year-old washing machine was not worth repairing, offered a used machine at a fair price and installed it the next morning. A 2023 customer said that after calling about a fridge a few weeks earlier, they were still waiting for a call back. **Strengths:** - Same-day dryer visit — a recent customer said he came with parts on hand - A free vent cleaning — a recent customer said it came at no extra charge - Repair-or-replace honesty — a 2026 customer said he flags equipment not worth repairing **Concerns:** - A missed call back — a 2023 customer was still waiting weeks later ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9-star Google average from 130 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Tecnicos%20Appliance%20Repair&query_place_id=ChIJ144R8FbZ54kR6KjTCuYc0E8) — “Google: 4.9★ from 130 ratings” - A recent customer said Roger diagnosed a dryer, explained the problem before starting, and did a fast, clean repair at a reasonable price _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xCamNsUlVhV0pvYUZjd2J6TXpSbXR2ZW5ob2IxRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4fd01ce60ad3a8e8!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlBjclRUaWJoaFcwbzMzRmtvenhob1E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Excellent service from start to finish.
