One customer's GE refrigerator quit after less than three years. That customer wrote that because Maine requires it to last at least four, the company sent Joe over without charge, and he diagnosed it, ordered the parts and fixed it a week later. While there, he offered to tune up the dryer, which the customer had him do.

A customer whose stove burner wasn't working said Joe was assigned to the repair, worked quickly and kept them updated throughout. Joe fixed a dishwasher problem quickly and professionally, according to a customer who called him a pleasure to deal with.
