## The honest read

One recent customer's list shows how wide a single engagement with The Breathable Home can run: heat pumps, a new water heater, insulation in the attic and in the basement, air sealing, new ridge vents, and help addressing the whole house as a system.

A recent customer who has had several rounds of work done, including heat pump installation and insulating, said the work crews put on shoe covers every time before coming in the house and clean up thoroughly. A recent customer said the job covered mold removal, insulation removal and reinsulation with sealing. A recent customer said they showed up on time and were courteous to the customer's 1-year-old.

A recent customer who gave three stars said the company was good to work with for an estimate and first conversations, then dropped off when asked follow-up questions.

**Strengths:**
- Shoe covers indoors — a recent customer said crews wear them every time
- Whole-house approach — a recent customer said they addressed the house as a system
- On-time arrival — a recent customer said they showed up on time

**Concerns:**
- Follow-up questions — a recent customer said contact dropped off after the estimate
