## The honest read

The Driveway Doctor describes itself on its website as offering asphalt maintenance and repair across New England, and it lists free estimates.

A recent customer had their driveway resealed and said Nathan fixed an area at the entrance that needed fill, so the dip in the driveway is gone. A recent customer had their driveway and sidewalks paved and said everything was completed on time. A recent customer said Nate seal coated their driveway and sport court and communicated well when dates needed to shift due to weather. A recent customer said Nathan can measure a driveway remotely with an app, and their driveway was sealcoated three days after they got in touch. A recent customer said he was thorough in explaining what is involved with the different types of sealers.

A 2025 customer said the company was there in the morning after they asked for next-day seal coating, and that the edges were coated by brush along the whole driveway. A 2023 customer said the company filled in cracks and resealed their relatively long driveway in about two hours. A 2023 customer wrote that the repair team repaired the cracks and potholes in their driveway. A 2021 customer said Nathaniel sealcoated their driveway and walkway and fixed a crack in the walkway. That 2021 customer said an unpredicted thunderstorm the night of the job affected some of the sealcoating, and he came back within days to redo the affected areas even though he had already been paid in full.

A recent customer said it rained the day after their driveway was sealcoated and it looks worse than before; he said he would fix it, but as of September 11th the customer had no communication from him with a plan. A 2021 customer said the company did not show up or call for a scheduled job, then did the same again after the job was rescheduled. A 2021 customer who got an estimate said he did not show up or call, did the same after the job was rescheduled, and never did the job. A 2021 customer praised the work and price but said better communication about scheduling would have made the service great.

**Strengths:**
- Quick sealcoating — a recent customer's driveway was sealcoated three days after contact
- A fixed entrance dip — a recent customer said the dip in the driveway is gone
- A storm redo — a 2021 customer said he returned within days to redo areas

**Concerns:**
- A rain-damaged sealcoat — a recent customer said the driveway looks worse than before
- A missed job — a 2021 customer said he twice did not show or call
