## The honest read

A $5,700 condenser quote, and a fix that came in well under $300. That is the story a 2024 customer told after their AC went out: Eric found that condensation at the air handler was not escaping and was tripping the overflow switch in the pan. That 2024 customer said he cleared it out and replaced the trap with a better one.

The Guild Plumbing & Heating describes itself on its BBB page as a plumbing and heating contractor. It holds 5 stars from 43 Google ratings, and its BBB grade is A+.

A 2025 customer said that when their furnace went, the company quoted a replacement and got the new one installed very quickly. A 2024 customer with a furnace down in early December said the company came the same day and fixed it for a very reasonable price. That 2024 customer said Matt sent Logan for the service. A 2024 reviewer recommended the company based on a mini-split installation. A 2025 customer said Erick updated a Buderus boiler and saved them thousands.
