## The honest read

A 2019 customer said Kenny and his team had remodeled three bathrooms and a kitchen and done a lot of exterior trim work, with the project about halfway through at the time. The company says it has been in business for 28 years, and HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 4.9 stars from 55 ratings.

A 2020 customer said Kenny and his crew did siding, painting, finish work and decking on an abandoned commercial building, then hired him to remodel a kitchen and house. A 2021 customer said the company had done several jobs on a historic commercial building in downtown Madison and worked with existing components, buying new parts only when necessary. That 2021 customer also said its in-house staff handled a variety of trades.

A 2019 customer said they came on short notice, did two drywall patches on two ceilings, covered belongings with tarps and plastic, and finished the whole job the same day. A 2019 reviewer said a second-floor exterior deck was demolished, rebuilt and re-planked, and that the job started two days earlier than expected. That 2019 reviewer called the carpenter, Angel, always polite. A 2021 customer said they matched a piece of wood floor with a design.

A 2020 customer said the painters did well with clean-up and the price was reasonable. A 2020 reviewer said the workers cleaned up after themselves and called Kenny, the owner, a pleasure to deal with. A 2023 customer praised a wallpaper installation and said they showed up on time.

**Strengths:**
- A same-day ceiling repair — a 2019 customer said two patches were finished that day
- A repeat client — a 2020 customer hired him again for a kitchen remodel
- Reusing old components — a 2021 customer said they worked with existing parts
- An early deck start — a 2019 reviewer said work began two days early
