It offers free estimates. In a recent review, a customer with a leak in their glassed-in porch says Chris found the current shingles were not properly installed, obtained the permit, removed all of the old shingles, provided drone pictures, and replaced the shingles and one sheet of plywood in one day. In a recent review, a customer says Chris and his crew did part of their roof, fixed leaky vents and chimney flashing, and added a proper bathroom vent fan. In a recent review, a small condo association says Chris patched a leak in its roof quickly. In a 2025 review, a customer said Chris helped diagnose the issues with their gable and ridge vents and limited the work scope to just what they needed. A 2025 review said Chris added gutters with gutter guards to one side of the house, and the roof installation took one day on their one-story home. In a 2025 review, a customer said the job included replacing a skylight with a sun powered one and putting a new roof on another shed. A 2025 reviewer said the estimate and the final price were an exact match. In a 2023 review, a customer said Chris and Bill found a lack of adequate ventilation and a pathway for water to travel between the roof and chimney. In a 2022 review, a customer said Bill and Chris replaced their house and detached garage roofs. A 2022 reviewer said broken ridge cap shingles were replaced after an insurance inspection. **Strengths:** - Leak repairs — condo association's roof leak patched quickly - Roof replacements — old shingles and plywood replaced in one day - Matching shingles — partial roof closely matched the existing shingles - Clear pricing — 2025 estimate and final price matched exactly ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Its website says it takes on roof, gutter and siding projects _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.northfaceroofingco.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): At The Northface Roofing Company, we bring decades of construction industry experience to every project, en…” - Its website names Worcester and Springfield as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.northfaceroofingco.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Worcester, Springfield” - Says it has been in business 10 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.northfaceroofingco.com) — “Self-reported 10 years in business” - Offers free estimates _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.northfaceroofingco.com) — “Stated offer (self-reported): free estimates” - In a recent review, a customer says Chris found the current shingles were not properly installed and replaced the shingles and one sheet of plywood in one day _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tacWJtNUhTbkJPTmxSbWFsVXRjRXhvWjJobWMwRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xefd57e4304ed3af1!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkZqbm5HSnBONlRmalUtcExoZ2hmc0E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Chris and the team at NorthFace Roofing are outstanding.
