## The honest read

On Google, The Right Choice Multi-Service Professionals holds 1.8 stars from 5 ratings.

A 2024 customer who booked through U-Haul said it took hours for 2 guys to load a truck, leaving a garage full of furniture that should have fit on a 26 ft truck. That customer wrote that almost every piece of furniture was ruined, that floors and walls were damaged and that they were 5 hours late. The 2024 reviewer also said owner Roman refused to get back to them after being given the chance to rectify the situation.

A 2024 customer wrote that over $3000 worth of furniture was destroyed, that all the glass in a hutch was shattered and left in the hallway and outside, and that cigarette butts and an empty soda bottle were left in the driveway. That 2024 customer said neither the owner nor the BBB responded, and that they were starting the process of bringing the company to court.
