A recent Google customer had new vinyl siding installed and said Isaac gave them a thorough overview with helpful recommendations and communicated every step of the way. A customer who had their house resided with Hardie Board said it looks like a brand new house, that the installation crew left the yard clean and orderly every day, and that Robert, the salesman and fill-in project manager, was responsive to their concerns during demolition and reinstall. A 2024 customer said the company began on the start date it gave, worked 10 hours a day through storms and cold to finish on time, and was the lowest of several quotes. That 2024 customer also said the trim around each window and door was left mitered and squared. A 2023 customer said Dominick replaced several wind-damaged aluminum rake board pieces and installed two top trims on two windows. A 2022 customer said the company did their siding and roofing, replaced their picture window and secured their deck, with no hidden costs. A 2022 reviewer wrote that they patched the aftermath of a bay window removal on short notice, blending new siding into siding almost 30 years old. A 2025 Google customer wrote, "Wish I chose the other siding company." That 2025 customer said the price was $5,500 more than another quote, that Robert was not onsite for most of the job after saying he would oversee the team, that the installation crew covered the electrical outlet for a flood light, that a backyard security camera was damaged, and that there was no follow-up upon completion. A 2025 commenter in r/Connecticut praised their roofing and siding work. Its Better Business Bureau page shows accreditation and an A+ grade. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0650381, as active, held by The Siding Guys LLC. **Strengths:** - Hardie Board residing — a recent customer said the yard was left clean daily - On-time start — a 2024 customer said work began on the promised date - A siding match — a 2023 customer said they found a matching product **Concerns:** - Price over quote — a 2025 customer said it ran $5,500 above another quote - Job supervision — a 2025 customer said Robert was not onsite for most of it ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says on its website it has specialized for over 20 years in installing and repairing siding, roofing, windows and doors _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.sidingguysct.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Upgrade your curb appeal, increase your energy efficiency, and protect your home or business with professio…” - A recent customer had new vinyl siding installed and said Isaac communicated every step of the way _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xvM1VEVkNWVUp5YVd3dE4xQjZhR04xYlVsNWJXYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x365b342a2e27f085!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlo3UDVCVUJyaWwtN1B6aGN1bUl5bWc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ The Siding Guys did an amazing job installing new vinyl siding on our house.
