## The honest read

The Southcoast Cleaning Company, run by Clarissa out of Fall River, has a five-star record across every platform it's rated on — 5.0 from 81 Google ratings, 5.0 from 127 on Thumbtack, and 5.0 from 5 on Angi. Clients who've stuck around for years keep naming the same reason: Clarissa herself.

The written record runs back to 2020, and long tenure comes up again and again — a 2024 review says the team has kept one home "in tip top shape" for four years, a 2023 review describes a family as clients for three years "and still going strong", and a 2022 Angi review describes two years of weekly cleaning that survived a move to a new house. The company also does commercial work: a 2025 review says it started on one office suite a year earlier and now cleans all three, and another describes cleaning a commercial space several times a week. Specific jobs recur in the reviews — a 2026 review describes a deep clean after a flood forced a remodel in Little Compton; a 2025 review from a customer with breathing sensitivities says she "felt safe to breathe" in her home afterward; more than one review separately describes the team getting rid of stubborn hard water stains on sinks and showers. On the rare occasion something needed fixing, a 2024 review says the team was quick to come back and make it right.

There's little here to caution against — the written record, across five sources and six years, doesn't carry a documented complaint. Because a lot of the work described is recurring (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) rather than one-off, it's worth asking how scheduling and pricing work for a single visit versus an ongoing plan.

This looks built for a long-term relationship — recurring residential cleaning, small commercial accounts, and deep cleans for specific situations like a move, a flood, or a health-sensitive household. Confirm the cadence and rate that fits before booking.

**Strengths:**
- Long-term clients — some have stayed three to four-plus years
- Commercial growth — expanded from one office suite to three
- Handles tough jobs — flood cleanup and health-sensitive homes
