## The honest read

The Tree Fellas take trees down, prune them and clean up afterward. A 2026 customer said Shane and his team did several removals and a lot of pruning, worked quickly and carefully, and cleaned up 100% before they left. A 2026 customer said they took a big tree out of the front yard and that it was easy to set up a day with Shane himself. A 2026 customer wrote that the business quoted a price for tree removal in the front yard, then came out and made quick work of several pine trees.

A 2023 customer said they removed 4 trees at a vacation home, one a mid-size pine that had blown over, hung up in a maple and leaned on a shed. That 2023 customer said Shane and his crew took the pine down without an additional scratch on the shed, and that Shane sent photos of the completed job. The same 2023 customer said Shane called back within hours and the trees came down the next day.

A 2023 customer said a fairly large tree close to their garage and a neighbors house came down quickly, and the wood they chose to keep was cut to manageable pieces and stacked in piles by size. A 2025 HomeAdvisor customer said a very tall spruce and a half dead apple tree came down in less than 4 hours, at a price that customer called reasonable. A 2022 customer said several huge maples encroaching on the roof were trimmed and the lawn was vacuumed afterward. A 2021 customer described trees at least 70 ft. tall extremely close to the house and said the person doing the cutting could easily determine how and where the tree would fall. A 2026 HomeAdvisor customer said Tree Fellas cleared a hillside on their property to give solar panels more sun.

A 2025 customer said they called two weeks earlier and never heard back. A 2021 customer said they called two days in a row, left messages both times and still heard nothing.

**Strengths:**
- A fallen pine — a 2023 customer said it came down without scratching the shed

- Several pine trees — a 2026 customer said they made quick work of them
- Cleanup before leaving — a 2026 customer said they cleaned up 100%

**Concerns:**
- An unreturned call — a 2025 customer said they never heard back
- Unanswered messages — a 2021 customer said two messages got no reply
