In a 2026 review, a customer wrote that Easton installed a new boiler after Jerome came out to check the system and explain the estimate, and that the work area was even cleaner when he finished. Another 2026 customer had a furnace, oil tank, indirect water heater and heat pump installed, with Carter, Curtis and Easton named on the job. In a 2026 review, Curtis diagnosed several heating system issues on a heat pump and stayed with the repair until everything was fully working again. In a 2026 review, a customer whose system made a loud knocking sound wrote that Isaac came the same business day and found that a newly installed thermostat was set to control the fan instead of letting the HVAC system handle it. During a 2026 maintenance visit, Walter found the furnace igniter was testing far out of range and had a crack. In a 2026 review, a customer wrote that they had used the company before for an AC repair call, that on one visit they could not find an issue with the system and did not charge, and that this time, when the AC would not start over a weekend, they called back early the next morning. In a 2026 review, a customer who had them replace an older AC system wrote that when a small refrigerant leak showed up later, Santiago came back and recharged the system at no cost. **Strengths:** - Heat pump repair — several issues diagnosed and fixed in 2026 - Same-day visits — knocking system checked the same business day - Leak follow-up — refrigerant recharged at no cost after an AC replacement ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Easton installed a new boiler, and the work area was left cleaner, per a 2026 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xGaU1WOUhiR2hWYm1kemVGQmtNbmhxYVV4WFIwRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xab9064a537f6cd2f!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlFiMV9HbGhVbmdzeFBkMnhqaUxXR0E%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ They are the best for heater and boiler repair work.
