## The honest read

Thrasher Plumbing Heating & Cooling does plumbing, heating and air conditioning work, and one recent Google customer said they called on a Wednesday afternoon and Charlie came out and fixed their leaking pipe at 8 am on Thursday. That customer said Charlie also suggested testing their well water and talked about annual maintenance. The company's website says it has been in business 42 years.

A recent customer said that when a septic drain pipe in their cellar cracked and leaked sewage on the cellar floor, Tom showed up immediately and quickly fixed it. A recent reviewer said Tom serviced and fixed their a/c and explained everything he was doing each step of the way. A recent customer said they called at 8 AM, the company was there by 9:30, and they were done by 1 with a new hot water heater. A recent customer said Tom serviced their 2 condenser units and explained a low refrigerant issue.

A 2026 customer said Tom came out the same day to look at an old water heater, gave 3 pricing options, and the company replaced it 3 days later. A 2026 reviewer said the company came out to service their heating system and diagnosed a complex electrical short. A 2026 customer said Tom Thrasher worked alongside his father in 2018 to install their new boiler. In 2021, a customer said Tom told them during the estimate that their old furnace was too large for the house's square footage and recommended relocating the exhaust pipe and condenser so they could extend their deck, before the company replaced their heating and air conditioning system.

A recent customer said Tom evaluated the issues, gave a quote and made the repairs with everything he needed in his truck. That customer also said making an appointment was a little tough and that they had to call a few times to remind the company they were looking for one.

A recent 3-star reviewer said they had the driver on camera cutting them off and speeding, and called the driving rushed and dangerous.

A 2026 customer first wrote that the company arrived within a few hours of a call about their heat being out and was a bit pricey. That 2026 customer later added that the company had told them their basement heat was broken, that a different HVAC company found it had been working and running for several months, wasting them money, and that only the thermostat was broken; the customer wrote that they would not be using the company again. A 2026 customer said the cost was not the cheapest, though the work was well worth it for them.

In 2023, a caller said that after putting them on hold and listening to their issue, the woman taking calls told them the company was not taking customers and hung up.
