## The honest read

Tigo Pools & Spas is a Falmouth, Massachusetts company that builds and maintains fiberglass pools and spas, working as an authorized San Juan Pools & Spas dealer across Cape Cod.

The reviews on record so far follow one story: a new fiberglass pool and backyard transformation that left the homeowner happy with a professional, reliable crew. The same project shows up in very similar wording on both Google and Houzz, so it likely reflects one customer's account rather than two separate jobs — worth keeping in mind given how new this review history still is.

Its own site and Houzz profile also list pool remodeling, pool deck work, and weekly cleaning and maintenance alongside new construction. Ask about turnaround time and a firm quote in writing before booking, since there isn't yet a longer track record to lean on.

**Strengths:**
- New pool installs — reviewers highlight backyard transformations
- Manufacturer partnership — authorized San Juan Pools dealer
- Easy to work with — reviewers call the crew reliable

**Where sources disagree:**
- Its Google and Houzz reviews describe the same new-pool backyard project in nearly identical wording, so they likely represent one customer's account rather than two independent reviews.
