Speed is the other half of the story. A customer with a toilet repair messaged Sam and said he came that very day within hours; they went over what he might need beforehand, so he did not waste time getting parts. In one account, Sam came to the house the day after first contact, saw the problem, went and got supplies and was done by lunch, and that customer found it very affordable. A customer who needed something looked at said they answered quickly and scheduled the job for the next morning. A customer who talked with four other people before picking Sam said he diagnosed and solved the issues, showed respect for the home and explained every process along the way. One customer said Sam kept them in the loop from start to finish. A customer whose bathroom work was done said they were hiring the plumber again the next month for another project. **Strengths:** - Same-day visits — able to come out the same day as the request - Fair pricing — a customer called prices fair after several repairs - Explaining each step — a customer said Sam explained every process along the way ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Repaired a leaky toilet, replaced shutoff and water main valves and installed a kitchen faucet for one customer _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ri/johnston/affordable-plumbing-services/titans-plumbing/service/569113388900384771) — “Sam is very dependable and skilled.
