The company's own site lists boilers, leak detection, leaky faucets and toilets, plumbing fixtures, and pipe repair and repiping, names Fairfield, Westport, Darien, New Canaan, Trumbull, Easton, Weston and Greenwich as its service area, and says it has been in business 25 years. A recent customer said Brian and his team diagnosed issues from the top floor to the basement and re-plumbed some of the house's plumbing into a clean layout. When they missed a line to the irrigation system, that customer said they tore up part of their work and redid it at no additional cost. A recent customer who named Tom as the owner said they replaced a hot water heater at a reasonable price and cleaned up everything when they left. A recent customer with a hot water heater problem over a holiday weekend said Thomas walked them through it step by step, and a new system was installed that day. A recent customer had a sink and vanity put in and rusted pipes replaced, and said the final price came in under the estimate. A recent customer with a small leak sent pictures first, and someone came out to do the repair the very next morning. A 2026 customer said that by the morning after the call Tom gave an assessment, and by 3 pm the main pipe repairs were finished, including coordinating with Aquarion to turn off water to the house. A 2026 customer described a Navien combi boiler installation that was completed on time. A 2026 customer said that after another company damaged a pipe while trying to unclog a drain, TLC ran an entirely new pipe line for a fraction of what that company had quoted. A 2026 customer said TLC came out within an hour to resolve a frozen pipe for a kitchen faucet. A 2026 customer whose toilet needed snaking again said they still had not heard back despite numerous calls. A 2025 customer said Thomas gave a quote from pictures, said he would check his schedule and get back, and then never replied. It holds an active Connecticut P1 plumbing licence, PLM.0281142-P1, under Thomas J Considine Sr. **Strengths:** - Water heater swap — a recent customer called at 8 am, replacement underway by noon - Missed line redone — a recent customer said it was fixed at no extra cost - Next-morning leak repair — a recent customer sent photos, repair came next morning **Concerns:** - Unanswered calls — a 2026 customer got no reply about a repeat snaking - No scheduling follow-up — a 2025 customer never heard back after a quote ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8-star average from 111 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=TLC%20Plumbing%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJg-qlec4J6IkR37tlBA_hmt4) — “Google: 4.8★ from 111 ratings” - A recent customer called at 8 am and a leaking water heater was being replaced by noon _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21KdlluTXRkMnhFZWxOR2VrMWpUa1pqUjNCRmFFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xde9ae10f0465bbdf!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmJvYnMtd2xEelNGek1jTkZjR3BFaEE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Called Tom at 8 am and he was replacing a leaking water heater by noon.
