The company's website lists a service area that includes Simsbury, Farmington, Canton, Avon and Manchester. A recent customer who wanted to clear more than 35 years of belongings out of a house said Tom, the owner, answered the phone, came over for a look and cleaned out the house in two visits, with no dumpster. A recent customer emailed pictures of a hot tub and other items, got a quote within a few hours, and said Tom and his crew arrived on time and removed the items. A customer clearing a parent's home rented a 15-yard dumpster on a few days' notice; Tommy's crew helped carry out the big items, and he helped sort what could go to good will and the dump. A recent customer who had pulled up carpet sent Tom pictures and got a price. Because the rip-out was not finished, Tom came back when he got back from vacation, texted when he was about 15 minutes away, and he and the two people with him loaded and removed all the carpet in the rain. A recent customer whose first quote was out of budget said TNT offered to do the job for $150 instead, and grabbing the furniture took less than 20 minutes. A 2024 customer said Tom and his crew filled a 30-yard dumpster and cleaned out a basement full of flood-ruined belongings in less than 2 hours. A 2023 customer selling a house could not get a dumpster delivered because of low power lines, texted Tom a picture of the garage, and said the price for a full clear was the same as renting a dumpster; the garage was cleared out within 15 minutes. A 2022 customer clearing a late mother's house said Tom came the next morning for a look, and that he and his team cleared the entire house in about 5 hours, with areas set aside for metal recycling and donations. **Strengths:** - Quote from photos — a recent customer emailed pictures and got a quote within hours - Whole-house cleanout — a recent customer said Tom cleared a house in two visits - Flexible price — a recent customer was offered $150 when over budget - Heads-up text — a recent customer got a text when Tom was 15 minutes away ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 346 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=TNT%20Junk%20Removal%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJTRklrE6p54kR6r72MJaUrPk) — “Google: 5★ from 346 ratings” - The company's website lists a service area including Simsbury, Farmington, Canton, Avon and Manchester _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.tntjunk.net) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Farmington, Simsbury, Canton, East Granby, Windsor, East Windsor, Barkhamsted, Burlington, New Hartford…” - A recent customer said Tom, the owner, cleaned out a house of 35-plus years of belongings in two visits _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tGSVdGRmlabTlCVVZRelpXWXlWMkppYUZSR01GRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf9ac949630f6beea!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkFIWFFiZm9BUVQzZWYyV2JiaFRGMFE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I called TNT because I wanted to clear out all the stuff in my house that had accumulated over 35+ years.
