A 2020 customer with a relatively small project that nobody else would take on said Todd was responsive, came to look at the job on a Saturday, and then accomplished it with no issues. A 2020 customer said Todd "fixed" a minor leak in their roof and guaranteed the work, but after the next rain storm the leak was worse. That 2020 customer said over a month passed with no one coming back despite repeated pleas, and described serious ceiling damage and developing mold. A 2018 customer said he was impossible to get in touch with, never called back after a few messages, and was found already up on the roof caulking things without having scheduled the work. In a 2018 update, a customer said the skylight was still leaking after work Boynton's crew did on the roof without their knowledge. **Strengths:** - Slate roof work — a 2020 customer called him their go-to for slate - A small job taken — a 2020 customer said Todd came on a Saturday **Concerns:** - A worsened roof leak — a 2020 customer said a guaranteed fix got worse - Hard to reach — a 2018 customer said he never called back - A leaking skylight — a 2018 customer said it still leaked afterward ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2020 customer relied on Todd for slate roof needs on an old church _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=10858274584458211036&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ Todd "Happy" Boynton has always been my 'go to' guy for my slate roof needs on my old church I own.
