## The honest read

Tony Martins Construction is a Dartmouth, MA contractor with a single written review on file: a 2024 BuildZoom review describing a $12,000 exterior paint, power-wash and door job, with the reviewer calling the crew attentive and saying they left the work area clean each day.

One thing worth confirming directly: the state registry shows Tony Martins' Massachusetts home improvement contractor license (134079) has expired — BuildZoom's records put the lapse at March 2024, still unrenewed as of mid-2026.

With just one review on file, there isn't enough here to speak to consistency across jobs — ask for references and confirm current licensing status before signing anything.

**Strengths:**
- Exterior paint job — a 2024 review praised a $12,000 paint and power-wash project

**Concerns:**
- Expired license — state registry shows the home improvement registration lapsed in 2024
