## The honest read

Tony's Hardwood Floors is an owner-run wood flooring shop in Boston's 02122. On Houzz the business appears as TONY FLOOR, with Thang Nguyen as owner, and the work listed is the full hardwood range — installation, refinishing, sanding and repair.

That fits a straightforward wood floor job: a room or two refinished, a damaged board section repaired, new hardwood going down. Ask to see a recent job in person, and get the finish, the number of coats and the drying time written into the quote before the crew starts sanding.

**Strengths:**
- Full hardwood range — installation, refinishing, sanding and repair listed
- Owner-run shop — Houzz names Thang Nguyen as the owner

**Where sources disagree:**
- The Houzz profile gives the address as 27 Leroy St in Boston's 02122, while the company's listed street address is 27 Fenton St in the same zip code.
