## The honest read

Top Field Construction & Landscaping says it was established in 2007 in Hampton Falls, NH, and offers construction, painting, landscaping and snow plowing on the New Hampshire seacoast. Its website says it specializes in serving clients aged 60 and older.

A 2025 customer said Chris tiled a second-floor bathroom that included a 4'x4' shower and a double vanity, using 18x18" tiles, and called him a pleasure to work with.

A 2025 customer wrote that the company built an addition on a horse barn to hold 150 bales of hay, then repainted it with one coat of primer and two coats of paint. That 2025 customer said it also built a staircase to the loft of a larger barn, added 2000 linear feet of irrigation and drip lines, and planted 11 large trees.

A 2024 customer said the company replaced a front paver walkway, installed a paver patio around a swim spa and a new fence, built a composite deck and a she shed, painted the home's interior, tiled three bathrooms and installed hardwood flooring in the kitchen. That 2024 customer said it also took down rotted trees, serviced the lawn and trimmed shrubs.

**Strengths:**
- Bathroom tile work — a 2025 customer described a tiled shower and double vanity
- A barn addition — a 2025 customer said it was built for 150 hay bales
- Work around one property — a 2024 customer listed a patio, deck, fence and she shed
