## The honest read

Top Notch Property Services takes down trees. A recent customer says Frank responded quickly to a request for an estimate to cut down a couple of large dying trees on the road next to power lines, did the job just as his proposal described and cleaned up thoroughly.

A 2026 customer hired Frank Dee and his crew to fell six very large, nearly dead beech trees, some 12 feet in circumference, in cold January weather. That 2026 customer said the crew cut firewood to their specs, left the lawn in remarkable condition and was ready to go the day the contract was signed. A 2025 customer said Frank and his crew took down some difficult trees close to their house and called his quote very fair. A 2025 customer said the crew cleaned up every last leaf and branch. A 2024 customer said Frank and his team took down some trees and cleaned up quickly.

A 2025 customer gave 2 stars, saying the agreed job was not completed and that the team's trucks left an oil mess on the driveway.
