## The honest read

On Google, Total Pest Control, LLC holds a 4.9-star average from 692 ratings. The company says it has been in business 35 years, and its website lists service towns that include Waterbury, Cheshire, Meriden, Middlebury, Prospect and Southbury.

A recent customer said Rich Duquette pulled out the dishwasher, went up into the attic, cleaned up old droppings there and found a hole behind the dishwasher. During a quarterly visit, a recent customer wrote, Bryan Warren climbed into the attic to inspect for an animal. A recent customer said David solved a yellow jacket problem. A recent customer said Rich found a large bee's nest they had not seen. A recent customer wrote that since signing up for the yearly service, they have not seen one ant.

A 2026 customer with a service contract said Dave Gabriel came out after a morning call about a mouse sighting, assessed the situation and performed solutions. A 2024 customer said the company showed them all of the spots they could fill in, and that their mouse problem decreased dramatically after that. A 2023 customer said Mark, the owner, came out personally to a Wolcott fixer-upper about ants and explained the process. A 2023 customer at a condo complex said Mark used a carbon monoxide machine on a rodent problem they had dealt with for a year, and in one week it was almost gone.

A recent customer said the wasps returned two days after a same-day treatment, and that four calls on a Saturday morning reached only a robotic voice, with no one contacting them as of the time they wrote.

Connecticut lists its pesticide applicator licence, PMBR.03466, as active, held by Total Pest Control LLC.
