## The honest read

Trio Energy delivers heating oil, and a 2025 customer who ran out and came home to a cold house after work said the company came and filled the tank that night, after its normal delivery hours. That 2025 customer called it a little Mom & Pop shop and said they had been using it for years.

A 2026 customer described David and his wife as professional and courteous, praised the oil pricing, and said David installed a 24-foot round above-ground pool for them. A 2026 customer said Trio showed up when it said it would and praised its heating oil price. A 2025 customer with a small oil tank said Trio came out twice to fill it and never charged an extra fee. A 2024 customer said it was cheaper than their last oil service.

A 2024 customer said that after an oil delivery to their family's property the gate was left wide open, and their dogs got out and were nearly hit by traffic.

Trio Energy holds 4.4 stars from 7 Google ratings and an A+ grade on its Better Business Bureau page.
