BBB lists the business at 224 Washington Street and reports 17 years in business; the profile is not accredited and has no BBB rating. Customers describe long-running support and practical pool-system guidance. A June 2026 customer said the business answered questions over roughly eight years, supported major maintenance decisions involving a liner and pump motor, and honored pre-COVID contract pricing when a custom liner was delayed. Confirm the exact maintenance or installation scope, equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling before booking, especially for custom-order components whose delivery may depend on a manufacturer. Twin State appears suited to pool owners seeking ongoing service, supplies, or help selecting and maintaining pool equipment in the Claremont area. Ask for the written scope and expected timing for any liner, pump, or larger installation work. **Strengths:** - Long-term support — one customer reports about eight years of service - Equipment guidance — customers praise clear pool-system explanations - Service timing — customer reports on-time delivery and timely answers - Contract pricing — liner agreement honored at pre-COVID pricing **Concerns:** - BBB profile — not accredited and currently unrated - Custom components — confirm manufacturer timing for special orders - Project scope — clarify maintenance versus installation services ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Twin State provides pool contracting and pool service support. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pCbGJHdzBSa3BDV2kxeVFsbzFaMFV3Tmsxc01rRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x442a9de91dfc39ba!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjBlbGw0RkpCWi1yQlo1Z0UwNk1sMkE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I have used this pool service for about 8 years now.
