## The honest read

United Home Experts is a Cheshire, CT exterior remodeler for siding, roofing, gutters and windows, with 5 stars from 85 Google ratings, 4.5 stars from 271 ratings on both HomeAdvisor and Angi, and an A+ from the BBB, where it is accredited. The company says it has been in business 28 years.

Siding jobs dominate the detailed reviews, and the project manager is the person customers name. In October 2022 two homeowners described whole-house siding jobs, one with new gutters, finished ahead of schedule by crews who worked until dusk and cleaned up each day; a November 2022 reviewer had Everlast siding installed and credited project manager Nico for staying in touch. A September 2025 reviewer had a large siding and window replacement that turned up unpleasant surprises during demolition and said project manager Kayla was reachable throughout, though communication with the crew was sometimes hard when she was not on site. In an August 2026 review, a customer who had a roof and siding done over the past few years said a small issue after the job was fixed faster than promised. A February 2026 reviewer had siding and gutters replaced and noted daily cleanup.

The one detailed complaint is from 2019. An Angi reviewer said the crew began installing the wrong siding profile, the correct siding took a week to arrive, rotted sheathing the reviewer had flagged was covered over instead of replaced, and a $300 price reduction the project manager agreed to had not been credited two weeks later.

Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0630427, is active in the name United Home Experts.

**Strengths:**
- Siding projects — 2022 reviewers say jobs finished ahead of schedule
- Project managers — named PMs credited for steady contact
- Daily cleanup — reviewers from 2022 and 2026 note it

**Concerns:**
- Project oversight — 2019 reviewer describes wrong siding and covered rot
- Crew communication — 2025 reviewer found it hard without the manager
