## The honest read

A recent Google customer said Pete and Dan showed up on time, cleaned the chimney in their camp without making a mess, and made some recommendations to improve burn efficiency. A recent customer said Pete and Dan were careful to keep things neat and clean while cleaning their chimney, explained what they did and gave tips for efficiently using the wood stove. A recent customer said their chimney and woodstove looked as clean as when they were brand new, with not a speck of dust or ash anywhere.

In a 2025 review, a customer said they got to the chimney within a couple of days, that the chimney, serving 2 wood stoves, had a significant blockage, and that pre- and post-cleaning photos were sent in real time. That 2025 customer called the pricing very fair.

Unleashed Property Services describes itself as a veteran-owned business serving Greenville, Maine, and the Moosehead Lake region, caring for year-round and seasonal homes with chimney cleaning, scheduled home checks, routine maintenance, smart-home installation and thermal drone inspections.

A recent customer said they called the company to find and fix a foul odor in their laundry room; after taking apart some lines, they identified the problem, fixed it and gave tips to avoid recurrence, at a cost the customer called very reasonable.
