On Google it holds 5 stars from 30 ratings. In that same account, Mike was friendly and helpful through the design process, and the customer could change the design and see right away how it would affect the price. Once the parts were in, scheduling the installation was quick. One customer with a new walk-in closet credited Mike with the installation, writing that he took the time to make sure everything was done properly. A customer working on closets for a bedroom and a basement said Up Closets helped design them. A customer wrote that the company mapped out a schedule at the first consultation, and that every appointment, delivery and installation happened when they said it would. **Strengths:** - Design and price together — a customer saw price changes as the design changed - Two-day install — a customer said everything was left clean and ready - A kept schedule — a customer said every appointment happened when promised ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 30 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Up%20Closets%20of%20Rhode%20Island&query_place_id=ChIJV_uE4b3I4AsRtwDxYqKrbeI) — “Google: 5★ from 30 ratings” - A customer had a closet turned into a pantry and closet systems installed in two bedrooms, with a two-day install left clean _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pGVk1GOXRkWEJmVVc1RmNTMUxkQzF6TmpNeFdFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe26daba262f100b7!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjFVMF9tdXBfUW5FcS1LdC1zNjMxWEE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ We recently had a closet turned into a pantry and closet systems installed in the primary bedroom and another bedroom by UP Closets.
