A 2022 customer said the company refreshed their house with new interior paint, power washed the exterior, painted the deck and handled some minor repairs. That 2022 customer said the work started even earlier than the start date and that an electronic estimate laid out the scope of the work and timelines. A 2022 customer said the company painted the exterior of their home and finished on schedule. A 2022 customer wrote that Keoni did all the work on an investment property to get it up and running, and that the company did painting, cabinet painting, floor refinishing and electrical and stayed on budget. A 2022 customer said Keoni and his crew helped get the customer's mom's 95-year-old home ready for a sales inspection. A 2023 customer said Keoni and his guys replaced a full exterior's worth of siding and wood rot on the stairs, porches, roof and a barn, and also took care of odds and ends such as replacing cracked vent caps and cleaning out clogged gutters. That 2023 customer gave four stars because the job took longer than they thought, with a few absent days in the middle of the project. A 2023 customer who hired the company for exterior painting and carpentry on a house in Fairfield said the work was of very poor quality and done incorrectly. That 2023 customer said they sued in small claims court and received a judgment for the amount paid plus attorney's fees, and quoted the judge as saying "they took on work that they did not have the expertise to do". The same 2023 customer said Keoni Knupp, who they said runs the business, could not pay the amount ordered and was put on a monthly payment schedule. **Strengths:** - Exterior repaint — a 2022 customer said it finished on schedule - An early start — a 2022 customer said work began before the start date - Wood rot repair — a 2023 customer described siding and rot replaced - A detailed estimate — a 2022 customer got scope and timelines electronically **Concerns:** - A small-claims judgment — a 2023 customer won one over poor-quality work - A longer job — a 2023 customer cited a few absent days mid-project ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8 stars from 34 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=US%20PAINTING%20HOME%20IMPROVEMENT%2C%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJM7kLJ0kP6IkR8YPK7IwqLYI) — “Google: 4.8★ from 34 ratings” - A 2022 customer said the company painted the interior and deck, power washed the exterior and started earlier than the start date _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNPdHVxUVhREAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x822d2a8cecca83f1!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICOtuqQXQ%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ US painting was hired for a medium size project to get our house refreshed with new Paint inside, power wash exterior and deck painting b…” - A 2022 customer said an exterior paint job finished on schedule _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURPMzREMHV3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x822d2a8cecca83f1!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDO34D0uwE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Painted the exterior of my home.
