## The honest read

USA Tree Experts is a tree removal company whose website lists free estimates, 24/7 emergency service, stump grinding and storm cleanup. The company says it has been in business 20 years, and its stated service area includes Southington, Cheshire, Prospect and Wolcott.

On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 63 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A recent customer says they had several trees removed from an area that was difficult to access, and that the team cleaned up afterwards. A recent reviewer says the company has the equipment to get tricky trees done and is reasonably priced.

A 2025 customer said three trees were removed from a steep backyard slope in Burlington, Connecticut, and that the yard was left clean and tidy. A 2025 reviewer said three large, old white pines hanging over a fence and shed were taken down and the job was finished that same day. A 2025 repeat customer identified the owner as Zach and said projects over multiple years included tree removal, land clearing, yard expansion and landscaping.

A 2023 customer said Zach and his crew removed a spruce of about 90 feet from the front yard, and wrote that USA saved them almost $750 against two other quotes. A 2023 customer called Zach an educated arborist and said the team placed materials in the yard to drive equipment on and protect it from ruts.

A recent Google customer called the company unresponsive. A BBB reviewer criticized the quality of its tree work.

**Strengths:**
