Its Connecticut home improvement licence HIC.0570192 is registry-verified active, held by V NANFITO ROOFING & SIDING INC. A September 2026 Google customer said the team did a complete roof replacement with skylights and ridge vents, and that the skylights required some custom carpentry. In an April 2026 Google review, a customer whose vinyl siding was dented by hail said Walter inspected it and walked them through the insurance claim, and that the crew matched the color of the old siding. A 2025 Google customer from Meriden said Walter guided them through the insurance claim process, which resulted in the insurance company paying for an entire roof replacement. An August 2026 Google customer said someone was out to see about a roof leak the day after they called. Condo residents wrote in September and October 2025 Google reviews that roofs Nanfito installed were already leaking and that new siding was falling off. An October 2025 reviewer said chimneys Nanfito damaged at their complex still had to be repaired, and a September 2025 condo owner in Enfield said the residents had to fire the company. A September 2026 Google customer who had siding, trim and gutters done said the crew damaged shingles setting up the scaffolding and sided right over the dryer vent, though the company came back to replace the downspouts and uncover the vent. A 2024 Google reviewer said Nanfito said it would call back about a siding repair and never did. In a 2015 Angi review, a customer said they never received a promised quote for inside repairs after Nanfito removed ice dams. **Strengths:** - Insurance claim help — an April 2026 customer was walked through a hail claim - Leak response — an August 2026 customer had someone out the day after calling - Roof replacements — a September 2026 customer praised the custom skylight work **Concerns:** - Condo roof leaks — 2025 condo residents said new roofs were already leaking - Unchecked work — a September 2026 customer said the crew sided over the dryer vent - Missed callbacks — a 2024 reviewer never got the promised call about a siding repair ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - An April 2026 customer said Walter walked them through the insurance claim for hail-damaged siding _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xGMGQwODBRM0k0VnpJeFdHTkZTMEpvT0hkeVpGRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xa944ed1f4041b497!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlF0d080Q3I4VzIxWGNFS0JoOHdyZFE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We had some serious hail come through in 2024 that left our vinyl siding looking like Swiss cheese—dents and small cracks everywhere.
