## The honest read

A 2026 customer said the appointment was at 9am but josè did not start until 4pm, and that plant pots and ornaments in the yard were damaged. That 2026 customer said they were supposed to come back two days later to clean up the branches, but got excuses and no show, and had to hire a junk removal company to clean up.

A 2026 reviewer wrote that a neighbor used the service and that they made a mess in the neighbor's yard, the next-door yard and the reviewer's yard across the street, and did not sufficiently clean up.

On its Better Business Bureau page, which shows an A+ grade, a reviewer called the company very professional.
