Recent Google reviews call the crew professional, honest and affordable, and describe the service as reliable. In a 2023 review, one customer described an appointment mixup that the crew still resolved the same day — arriving later to repair a broken pipe in under 90 minutes after several days without running water — and said Vareschi would be their first call for any future plumbing work. A 2016 Reddit comment about a boiler install struck a cooler note, calling the job 'okay, not terrible' over three days of work. Better Business Bureau says it doesn't have enough information to issue the business a rating, and a similarly named directory listing places the company at a different nearby Adams, MA address sharing the same phone number — worth confirming you've reached the right shop before booking. A reasonable call for plumbing and heating work around North Adams, with a verified license and mostly positive recent word of mouth. **Strengths:** - Same-day emergency fix — resolved a broken pipe despite an appointment mixup - Recent reviews — called professional, honest and affordable **Concerns:** - Lukewarm mention — an old Reddit comment called a boiler job just okay - No BBB rating — Better Business Bureau says it lacks enough information to grade **Where sources disagree:** - A BuildZoom profile for a similarly named business lists a different street address in nearby Adams, MA, though it shares the same phone number as this listing ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Called professional, honest and affordable in a recent Google review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xac1dtWlRSR2h2UlhsdWF6aHFPWGhvWTJnMVduYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf999c015c57a8f92!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlZsWmZTRGhvRXluazhqOXhoY2g1Wnc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Professional, honest, affordable and kind best crew around” - Resolved a broken-pipe emergency same day despite an appointment mixup, in a 2023 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURoZ0xmNTl3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf999c015c57a8f92!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDhgLf59wE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Had an appointment for 2/21/2023 at 08;30.
