A recent Google customer, dealing with a backup at a home they had just purchased, was referred by their septic company; they say he coordinated with that company ahead of time, identified a blockage in the junction box, excavated the area, cleared it and installed a riser so it can be reached later without digging again. That customer calls the final cost very fair for the amount of work and says having his own excavator made the process fast. A 2024 customer said John at Victor Rooter returned their call within 5 minutes and was on scene 20 minutes later, when the entire house was backed up and there was sewage in the basement. That 2024 customer said they first called Victor Rooter 16 years earlier, when they moved to the area, and had used him ever since. A 2024 customer who texted him about a clogged kitchen sink said he arrived exactly at 2:00 and unclogged it with his snake in 20 minutes. A 2021 customer said a soap dispenser top had been sucked down the toilet and that he fixed the toilet within a matter of minutes. A 2023 customer called John professional and on time. Victor-Rooter holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. **Strengths:** - A fast callback — a 2024 customer said he returned their call within 5 minutes - A septic blockage fix — a recent customer says he cleared it and added a riser - An on-time arrival — a 2024 customer said he arrived exactly at 2:00 ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer says he identified a junction box blockage, excavated, cleared it and installed a riser _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25wWGN6WmlkMGx5VXpCMk0zZHRhSEZhZFU5eU0xRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb54866225e772536!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnpXczZid0lyUzB2M3dtaHFadU9yM1E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “4★ Experienced, capable, and very reasonably priced.
