## The honest read

Flavio is the whole company, as far as his customers are concerned. A property manager wrote in June 2022 that Bessette Realty had used Victory on a regular basis for eleven years and that he had never let them down. A condo resident said that September that whatever Flavio does to the fixtures in your home lasts, and that the people in his building cheer when he turns up.

The jobs are the ones a house throws up rather than big builds. In July 2025 a customer had siding repaired, then asked Flavio to take on a few more things while he was there, a plumbing problem among them.
